DESCRIPTION: These camps will run from 8:45am to 4:00pm. Each day the athletes will receive 1 hour of Strength and Conditioning (dryland), Skill Development (quick movement drills, stick handling, shooting techniques & game situation shooting), up to 3 hours of treadmill, along with up to 3 hours of shooting in the Rapid Shot shooting lane. Each day on the treadmill we will be working on stride mechanics, posture, proper knee recovery, shooting in full stride, acceleration, as well as backwards skating, backwards crossovers and a host of other great drills to promote better balance and skating technique.
