Personal Trainer / Group Fitness / Behavior Specialist
My background includes formal schooling for pre-health sciences, marketing and group home support care specialist for Community Living. I have also worked in hospital environments and with ESL students.
My personal journey with fitness began at the age of 15 to improve my health. My primary focus was to lose weight and lower my high cholesterol. I accomplished this by powerlifting style training and as a result lost over 70 lbs and got my cholesterol levels in check. I have made many mistakes so that you do not have to. After losing weight I signed up for my first powerlifting meet in June of 2017. Since then I have had the pleasure of competing and training in both powerlifting and strongman. Through weightlifting I have developed many positive habits that I wish to share with you.
