Personal Trainer

As a personal trainer Alison takes a holistic approach to her training style. She believes it is important to not only provide exercise prescription but to consider all aspects of ones health; such as nutrition, mindset, lifestyle, stress management and teaching her clients how to plan for success. Alison’s strong background in anatomy and bio mechanics allows her to plan safe and effective exercise. This will include aspects of mobility, functional movement and myofascial release.

Yoga Instructor

As a yoga instructor Alison has been able to blend her love of asana and the flow of a vinyasa class with her knowledge of anatomy to create a bio-mechanically safe yet beautiful practice. She has studied under Movement Educators such as Todd Lavictoire and has been inspired by the teachings of Jill Miller and her Yoga Tune up Program. Her heart lies in the flow of the movement but is extremely passionate about finding movement that is safe and appropriate for the needs of the bodies in her classes.
Alison’s teaching style comes from vinyasa traditions and has studied under Megan Campbell and Jennifer Stow. She has a graceful way of teaching that will leave you feeling inspired, recharged and refreshed. She enjoys teaching more feminine styles of yoga combined with self empowerment styles of meditation.
Alison sees her position to educate and lead others through movement as a gift. She views Yoga as a beautiful blend of mindfulness with healthy movement that opens doors for change and growth.

Alison’s mission is to inspire and educate others to live their best life. As a movement educator, yoga instructor, personal trainer and self empowerment educator she shares with others her knowledge of health, wellness and inspired living.
