CREATIVE MOVEMENT

This 45 minute interactive group will give special needs children 2-4 years an opportunity to participate in an inclusive group setting. Children can discover, play and learn though exploring creative movement and yoga exercises. This class will improve body awareness, motor control and fundamental movement skills.

 

FAT BURN FITNESS

A fun 45 minute inclusive fitness class for 18+ that allows each person to safely move at their speed while encouraged and supported to put forth their absolute best effort. Classes consist of weight training, interval and plyometric training. Classes are always styled to provide modifications allowing everyone to participate.

 

FITNESS & FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT 101

Evening/Saturday Classes Available
$60 – 6 weeks
LOCATION: 543 Mill Street, Kitchener

For persons of all ages & abilities with a special need. Program runs 6 weeks at a time. Learn the basics and develop ‘functional fitness’ to support daily living skills. In this class, we promote positive social interaction and help build critical skills needed to succeed in everyday life. Program includes cardio exercises to develop and maintain a healthy and strong heart and increase lung capacity; weight training to strengthen the muscles; stretching exercises to maintain flexibility; all to achieve and maintain a stronger, healthier, happier, safe YOU!

 

FIT CLUB FOR THE SPECIAL MOM

A 60 minute class specifically for mothers of special needs children. It is a safe and welcoming environment to be who you are among other woman just like you. This is a place to socialize, empower, build friendships and do something positive, healthy and feel-good for you! Classes are designed to accommodate every fitness level.
